IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder has been made by the Maori Land Court under the provisions of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936
Flax-milling Industry
L. A. Sadler, Runanga, West Coast, has applied for a licence to engage in the milling of phormium south of the Grey River.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
J. L. Whyte, Gilbert Street, Halcombe, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage and service-station premises at Gilbert Street, Halcombe.
L. C. Jeffs, corner of High and Tocker Streets, Taita, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on proposed service-station premises at corner of High and Tocker Streets, Taita.
J. D. Anderson, Maraetai, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on engineering premises, three-quarters of a mile north of Maraetai Beach, on main road to Howick.
N.Z. Farmers Co-op. Distributing Co., Ltd., corner of Goldfinch and Ayr Streets, Ohakune, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit in drums from a depot on their own premises at Ohakune.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 2nd August, 1951, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
