A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 19·5 perches. Being part Lot 9, D.P. 6681, being part Section 68, Waitotara District.

Situated in Block XIII, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County. (S.O. 22286.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10881, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 7 perches.
