Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Mosgiel

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.

Being Allotment 17, D.P. 800, Township of West Mosgiel, and being part Section 8, Block III, East Taieri District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 249 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 10 perches.

Being part Lot 25, D.P. 1287, being part Karaka No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4625.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134075, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 2 roods 33 perches.

Being Section 15 (formerly part Section 6s, Crosshill Settlement).

Situated in Block IX, East Taieri Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9305.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113841, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1951.
