A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Robert George Proctor, of Pawarenga, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 710, folio 189 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road: and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July, 1951.
