Land Subject to the Housing Act, 1919, Declared Crown Land
Available for Reservation Under the Land Act, 1948

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred
upon me by subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amend-
ment Act, 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being land subject to the Housing Act, 1919, to be Crown land
available for reservation under the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7·64 perches,
more or less, being Lot 172 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Dunedin under No. 6967, being part Section 1, Block XV,
Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and being part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 339, folio
237 (Otago Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State
forest land.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County,
containing by admeasurement 1,036 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more
or less, being Sections 1 and 40, Block X, Waitahu Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/52,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Taupo County,
containing 900 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks XII and XVI,
Pihanga Survey District, and being Hautu 5b 2b 1 Block. As the
same is more particularly delineated on Plan No. 63/5, deposited in
the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1951.

Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Ashburton County,
containing by admeasurement 73 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or
less, being part of Reserve 3119, situated in Block VII, Alford
Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the
east generally by the Bushy Gully Stream and part of Run 103, 550
links ; and towards the south-west, north-west, and north-east by
the other part of Reserve 3119 (permanent State forest, New
Zealand Gazette 1881, page 960), 2328·2 links, 4067·5 links, and
1406·8 links respectively. As the same is more particularly
delineated on plan No. 150/5, deposited in the Head Office of the
New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1951.
