Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in Block I, Kaniere Survey
District, Westland Land District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of
July, 1951
Present :
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is part
of a reserve for municipal purposes :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation
over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a kindergarten site :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (a)
of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that part of
the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed
from a reserve for municipal purposes to a reserve for a kindergarten
site.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 11-2 perches,
more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Hokitika under No. 1062, being part Reserve 496, Town
of Hokitika, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District, and being
part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title,
Volume 28, folio 228, limited as to parcels (Westland Registry).

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Hokitika Borough
Council

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of
July, 1951
Present :
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms
part of a reserve for municipal purposes and is vested, in
trust, in the Hokitika Borough Council :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land
as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Hokitika
Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the
vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council of the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

reserve for a site for a public pound, and is vested, in trust,
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Otamatea :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land
as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Otamatea
County Council has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the
vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Otamatea of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart for a reserve for municipal purposes :
And whereas in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section
9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date
hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become
vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of Ohakune, in trust, for municipal purposes.
