A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
hospital and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board as from the
date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods 1 perch.
Being Lot 90, D.P. 12307, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna
Parish, and being the whole of the land comprised and des-

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a public school ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 9th day of July, 1951.

the purposes of a harbour ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July, 1951.
