Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III
of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Pharmacy Industry

A. G. Russell, 114 Arawa Street, Rotorua, has applied for a
licence to operate a new pharmacy at Ranolf Street (South), Rotorua.

I. L. Meltzer, River Road, Fairfield, Hamilton, has applied
for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Ebbetts Motors Building,
Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

R. W. and J. Y. Phillips, 38 Fraser Street, Tauranga, have
applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be
installed on service-station and garage premises at 38 Fraser Street,
Tauranga.

E. R. Penn, Lorne Street, Morrinsville, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on
proposed service-station and garage premises at Lorne Street,
Morrinsville.

D. Salkeld, 101 Tasman Street, Nelson, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on
premises in Bridge Street, Nelson.

North End Garage and Service Station, Ltd., Temuka, has
applied for (1) permission to take over from J. E. Murray, licence
in respect of three pumps installed on premises at 271 King Street,
Temuka; and (2) to shift the pumps to new premises at 304 King
Street, Temuka.

R. A. Stevenson, Oamaru, has applied for permission to take
over from A. E. J. Church, licence in respect of one pump installed
on premises at Thames Street, Oamaru.

H. J. Jones and Co., Ltd., Fitzherbert Street, Featherston,
has applied for permission to shift two pumps from Fitzherbert
Street to a new site 75 yards distant on the corner of Fitzherbert
and Revans Streets, Featherston.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 15th February, 1951,
submit any written evidence and representations they may desire
to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary,
Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
