Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangaroa County, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Kaeo Survey District, and being Allotment M. 132, Parish of Pupuke. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/46, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue. (North Auckland plan S.O. 813.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1950.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Pahiatua

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 23·33 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 715, being part Section 17.
Situated in Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, Borough of Pahiatua. (S.O. 22133.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133177, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February, 1951.
