SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block V, Halswell Survey District, containing by admeasurement one hundred and seventy-three (173) acres two (2) roods and seven (7) perches, more or less, being Lots 2 and 3 on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under number 7701, part of Rural Section 1435, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 374, folio 214 (Canterbury Registry).
Also all that area situated in Block V, Halswell Survey District, containing by admeasurement seven (7) acres one (1) rood and thirty (30) perches, more or less, being Rural Section 1435x, being also described as Lot 1 on the plan deposited aforesaid, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 256, folio 29, subject to a right of way on foot for the public as provided in section 2 of the Lincoln Road Board Empowering Act, 1908 (Canterbury Registry).

Exemptions Under the Import Control Regulations 1938
Office of the Minister of Customs,
Wellington, 12th June, 1951.
PURSUANT to clause 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938, it is hereby notified for public information that goods of the classes specified in the First Schedule hereto imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country other than the countries mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto shall be exempt from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block II, Wairau Survey District, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at New Plymouth, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XVI, Taramarama Survey District, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Frasertown and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for sand-dune reclamation; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Helensville and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land required to be taken: 18·9 perches.

Situated in Block II, Kumeu Survey District.
