Portion of Marsland Hill Domain Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 42 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that that portion of the Marsland Hill Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from and after the 1st day of July, 1951, be set apart as a site for a public hall.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 24·79 perches, more or less, being part Section 2340, Town of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/535, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 8445.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of June, 1951.

Appointment of Member, Government Railways Appeal Board
