Revoking the Reservation Over Reserves in Percival and Severn Survey Districts, Canterbury Land District

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for public purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Reserve 4339 (formerly Section 1), Block XIV, Percival Survey District: Area, 268 acres, more or less. (S.O. plan 707L.)
Also Reserve 4333 (formerly Section 2, Square 70, Amuri), Block IX, Severn Survey District: Area, 620 acres, more or less.
Also Reserve 4336 (formerly Section 1, Square 73, Amuri), Blocks VII and VIII, Percival Survey District: Area, 1,200 acres, more or less. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 8/8/16, B, C, and D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pukaki Domain.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Paekakariki Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Paekakariki Domain Board.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kaikoura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kaikoura Domain Board.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the South Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Rototuna Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Rototuna Domain Board.

All that area situated in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 5·7 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 343, Parish of Kirikiriroa.
