A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 0·31 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 33998, being part Allotment 5, Parish of Waiwera, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 803, folio 297, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1951.
