A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Arapuni Scheme).

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart :—

0 0 39·82 Lot 89, being a subdivision of portion of Section 9, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District.

Situated in the South Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 33·4 perches. Being closed road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 10179, and Lot 2, D.P. 6426, being parts Rural Section 5.

Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8312.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134059, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1951.
