THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part 1 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Hokianga Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part 1 of the said Act.
