Councillors of Matakaoa County Appointed

Pursuant to the provisions of section 7 (3) of the Local Legislation Act, 1950, the following persons have been appointed, on the recommendation of the Matakaoa County Council, to be Councillors of the County of Matakaoa to represent the ridings set opposite their respective names:

Noa Akuhata, Esquire, and Moana Ngata, Esquire ... Awatere Riding.
Peter Wood, Esquire ........ Whangaparaoa Riding.
Ngati Walker, Esquire .... Wharekahika Riding.

Appointment of Interpreters Under the Maori Land Act, 1931
