A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1·5 perches.
Adjoining part Lot 3, D.P. 1124, being part Okahurewa Block.
Situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30087.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108401, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of April, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May, 1951.

Situated in Block II, Reefton Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9610.)
