Provided always that the Executive Committee appointed by
the New Zealand Racing Conference, upon being satisfied by evidence
as to character and otherwise that any person who, by reason of
any conviction, comes within the scope of this regulation, should
have relief from the effect thereof, may grant exemption to any such
person, and may at any time revoke any such exemption without
notice to such person, and without assigning any reason for such
revocation.
The foregoing regulations of the Levin Racing Club were made
and passed by such club on the 21st day of March, 1951, and signed
by the Chairman and Secretary.

holders of Kay’s Store, Limited, passed on the 12th day of
April, 1951, it was decided that the company be voluntarily wound
