Price Order No. 1238 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1181) (Nails)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1238 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1181 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order.)

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 26th day of April, 1951.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule to this Order.

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1235 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1230* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. The Schedule to the principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the word “Minimum” where it appears before the words “Retail Price”, and substituting the word “Maximum”.

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1237, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1218* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 26th day of April, 1951.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from subclause (2) of clause 7 the words “At the rate of 12s. per ton of potatoes”, and substituting the words “At the rate of 14s. per ton of potatoes”.
