A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to an easement relating to mining contained in Conveyance No. 277168 (R. 316/253) and subject as to the land described in the said Third Schedule to an easement relating to mining contained in Conveyance No. 321390 (R. 408/475) and subject as to the land described in the said Fourth Schedule to an easement relating to mining contained in Conveyance No. 267348 (R. 295/299); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of April, 1951.
