Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Waikohu County, containing by admeasurement 667 acres, more or less, and being Section 7, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 49/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of April, 1951.

Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Petone to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 6·22 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 12194, and Lot 1, D.P. 14238, being also part Section 2, Hutt District, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District.
Situated in the Borough of Petone.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1951.

Additional Land at Waipawa Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington–Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington–Napier Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 3 roods 22·28 perches.
Being Part Block 46, Patangata Crown Grant District.
Situated in the Borough of Waipawa. (S.O. 2510.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10806, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1951.
