Land Taken for Better Utilization in the Borough of Ellerslie

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of April, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Allotment 86, Lawry Settlement, as more particularly shown on D.P. 14479, situated in the Borough of Ellerslie, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 738, folio 126 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of April, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of April, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods 2 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4074, being part Sections 9 and 10.

Situated in Block XCII, Clutha Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11374.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133299, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1951.

Adjoining or passing through parts Allotments 8, 32, and 35, Hunua Parish, and Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 29962, being parts Allotment 36, Hunua Parish.
