A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric substation, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·1 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 1398, being part Rural Section 14.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).
