A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the South Island Main Trunk Railway (North End).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a students' hostel; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 roods. Being part of Section 24, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, and comprising Lot 46 and part of Lot 45, D.P. 1818, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 243, folio 169 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being part Lot 18, D.P. 1812, being part Rural Section 76. Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8305.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133828, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 30 acres 2 roods 4 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 14817, being part Rural Section 435, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Rangiora Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 392, folio 101 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1951.
