CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice releasing the land known as the Puketotara 334 and 335, Section 8F Block, situate in Block XV, Te Kauwau Survey District, and Block III, Mount Robinson Survey District, from the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 76 of the 14th December, 1950, at page 2123, for “Maniapoto Development Scheme”, read “Manawatu Development Scheme”.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for Road in Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 35·7 perches. Being part Section 31A.
Situated in Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36225.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133185, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 16·96 perches. Being Lot 3, D.P. 14474, being part Suburban Section 173, Township of Palmerston North, and being also part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 499, folio 144, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Palmerston North.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 20·4 perches. Being Lots 22 and 23, D.P. 3430, part Rural Section 2282, Block X, Arowhenua Survey District, City of Timaru, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 439, folio 252 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1951.
