of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Manufacture of Paper-pulp and Paper Products
Challenge Phosphate Company, Ltd., Box 423, Palmerston North,
has applied for a licence to manufacture multi-walled paper bags.

Pharmacy Industry
D. A. Pedlow, 311 Main South Road, Green Island, Dunedin,
has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at corner of
Don Street and Thames Highway, Oamaru North.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
W. W. Stevens and W. A. Abbot, Church Street, Opotiki, have
applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be
installed on service station and garage premises at Church Street,
Opotiki.

Ebbett Motors, Ltd., Teasdale Street, Te Awamutu, has applied
for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed
on proposed service station and garage premises at Teasdale Street,
Te Awamutu.

Waikato Motors, Ltd., corner of Market and Kensington Streets,
Putaruru, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two
pumps to be installed on service station and garage premises at
corner of Market and Kensington Streets, Putaruru.

F. C. Platt, Winchester, has applied for a licence to resell
motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at
Winchester.

W. A. Leitch, Waldergraves Road, Longburn, has applied for
a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on
garage premises at Waldergraves Road, Longburn.

A. and J. Rendall, Huntly West, have applied for a licence to
resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on premises at
Huntly West.

Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Cumberland Street, Dunedin, has applied
for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed
on premises at Cumberland Street, Dunedin.

J. S. Burnett, Beach End, Mahia Peninsula, via Opoutama,
has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be
installed on proposed store premises at Beach End, Mahia Peninsula, via Opoutama.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 12th April, 1951, submit
any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of
Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
