Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III
of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

Wellington Co-op. Taxi Owner Drivers Association, Ltd.,
Wellington, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from
four pumps proposed to be installed at premises corner Vivian
and Bute Streets, Wellington.

Linns Service Station, Ltd., Belmont Road, Paeroa, has applied
for permission to shift three pumps from their present position in
Belmont Road, Paeroa, to a new site almost opposite in the same
street.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 5th April, 1951, submit any
written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of
Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.

Declaring Lands to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Whakatohea Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act.

Land in the South Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

Wellington, 14th March, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1949, as
permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Ohinemuri
County, containing by admeasurement 349 acres 2 roods, more or
less, and being Section 10, Block XI, Ohinemuri Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 26/49,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (South Auckland plan
