Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State Forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.-NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, containing by admeasurement 442 acres, more or less, being Section 26, Block IX, Inangahua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 113/30, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 7464.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this lst day of March, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Hurunui-Waikato Railway (Waikato Branch).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 38:2 perches.
Being closed road adjoining part Rural Section 19343 and Railway Reserve, Arno.
Situated in Block I, Waikato Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132456, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged dark green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land:-

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
1 rood 2.2 perches.
Being Lot 19, D.P. 37912, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Titirangi, being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 434, folio 261 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of March, 1951.
