A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
1 rood 18·27 perches.

Being Lots 217 and 218, D.P. 6886, being part Section 20, Ocean
Beach District, situated in the City of Dunedin, and being part
of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title,
