Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Township of Rongotea

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods. Being Sections 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, and 252, on D.P. 160, situate in the Township of Rongotea, being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 283, folio 69 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that his Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1 perch. Being Section 461, Hutt District, being closed street adjoining or passing through parts Section 53, Hutt District, Lot 1, D.P. 12073, and part Lot 2, D.P. 12464, being parts Section 53, Hutt District.

In the Wellington Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129290, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the right-of-way appurtenant thereto over Lot 2, D.P. 30503, created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 338902, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24·2 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 37281, being portion Allotment 54, Parish of Titirangi, situated in the Borough of Mount Albert, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 972, folio 39, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1950.
