(d) Danger height: Up to 30,000 feet.
(e) Danger area bounded by—
Lat., 41° 20′·5 S.; long., 174° 49′·5 E.
„ 41° 20′·5 S.; „ 174° 48′·5 E.
„ 41° 25′ S.; „ 174° 29′ E.
„ 41° 36′ S.; „ 174° 59′ E.

Notice to Mariners No. 2 of 1951

NEW ZEALAND.—SOUTH ISLAND.—NELSON
Beacon Destroyed—Buoy Substituted

Position: On Boulder Bank, lat., 41° 15′ 45″ S.; long., 173° 16′ 47″ E. (approx.), Chart No. 2185.

The beacon showing a fixed orange light in the above position at the northern side of the entrance cut at Port Nelson has been destroyed and will be replaced as soon as possible. A buoy showing a white light will be temporarily placed in the position.

Charts Affected: 2185 and 2616.

Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Manufacture of Wire Nails

Service Federation of N.Z. Industries, Ltd., Box 499, Wellington, has applied for a licence to manufacture Wire Nails.

Pharmacy Industry

Charles Shelton Ell, Murchison, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Railway Terrace West, Darfield, Canterbury.

Sydney Valetine Evans, 20 Sunnybrae Crescent, Westmere, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Queen Street, Panmure, Auckland.

Douglas Ormond Haig, 39 Rona Street, Musselburgh, Dunedin, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Coal Creek Hydro Village, near Roxburgh.

Pulp and Paper Industry

N.Z. Forest Products, Ltd., Penrose, Auckland, has applied for extension of licence so as to permit the manufacture of newsprint.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

Takapuna Engineering Co. Ltd., 271 Lake Road, Takapuna, has applied for permission to shift two petrol pumps from their present position inside premises at 271 Lake Road to a new site about 20 feet from the road on the same premises.

H. V. Spicer, corner of Moorhouse Avenue and Antigua Street, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one petrol pump to be installed on service station at the above address.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 25th January, 1951, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
