Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by his own or any fictitious or assumed name) or directed to the address mentioned in the Schedule hereunder without a name shall be registered or forwarded by the post-office of New Zealand.

The Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.-Notice Declaring Land Taken for the Settlement of Discharged Servicemen
WHEREAS an application has been made for the consent of the Land Valuation Court to a transaction which relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and to which Part III of the Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, applies :
And whereas the Land Valuation Committee to which the application has been referred is of opinion that the land to which the application relates is farm land suitable for the settlement of discharged servicemen:
And whereas the said Committee, not being satisfied that the Crown had decided not to acquire or arrange for the acquisition of the land, did on the 9th day of November, 1950, make an order determining the basic value of the land and no appeal from the said order was made within the time prescribed by the said Act or within any further time allowed by the Court :
And whereas the said land is not the land of any serviceman who is for the time being serving outside New Zealand in any of His Majesty's Forces or in any British ship :
Now, therefore, the Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 51 of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the said land is taken for the settlement of discharged servicemen, and hereby specifies the 1st day of May, 1951, as the date on which the said land shall be deemed to be vested in His Majesty the King.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Block XVI, Maungakawa Survey District, Block XII, Wairere Survey District, Block IV, Cambridge Survey District, and Block I, Tapapa Survey District, containing by admeasurement two hundred and thirty-two (232) acres one (1) rood eighteen (18) perches, more or less, being part of Lot 10 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under number 5108, being Sections 3 and 5, Block XII, Wairere Survey District, Section 6, Block XVI, Maungakawa Survey District, and part of Te Pae-o-Turawaru Number 2 Block, and being all of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 822, folio 179 (Auckland Registry).
As witness my hand, this 19th day of December, 1950.
