A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 23rd day of December, 1950.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 8·4 perches.
Being part Section 74, Greytown Small Farm Settlement.

Situated in Block XIV, Tiffin Survey District. (S.O. 22113.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more par-

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
