A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
35·6 perches.
Being Lot 173, D.P. 37709, being part Allotments 91 and 92, Section
10, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the Boroughs of Mount
Roskill and Mount Eden, and being part of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 722, folio 50
(Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for a surfaceman's cottage; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day
of December, 1950.

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto
held from the Auckland Hospital Board by Alan-Moor Lodge,
Limited, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 20234,
Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a workers' hostel;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 23rd day of December, 1950.
