Any station on the South Island Main Line and Branches Class E ... Class E goods, which by reason of their weight are charged Class E rate and a half, will be charged Class E with the small-lots scale as a minimum, provided the aggregate weight of all the consignments in the wagon is not less than 5 tons 10 cwt.
