  1. Through Booking between Auckland, Mount Eden, Onehunga, Otahuhu, and Intermediate Stations, and Taupo, Wairakei, &c.

  2. The following through rates will be charged in respect of goods through-booked by rail and road between the undermentioned points, subject to minimum charges as shown in paragraph 2:—

(a) Auckland, Mount Eden, Onehunga, Otahuhu, and intermediate stations; and Taupo, Wairakei, via Rotorua or via Putaruru; and Oruanui, via Putaruru.

(b) Auckland, Mount Eden, Onehunga, Otahuhu, and intermediate stations; and Kaingaroa, Murapara, and Te Whaiti, via Rotorua.

  1. Small lots of goods of classes C, C plus 20 per cent., C plus 50 per cent., C double rate, D, E, E plus 25 per cent., and E plus 50 per cent., also New-Zealand-grown fresh fruit and vegetables, will be charged as under:—
Weight not Exceeding Classes C, D, E, E plus 25 per Cent., E plus 50 per Cent. New-Zealand-grown Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. Class C plus 20 per Cent. Class C plus 50 per Cent. Class C Double Rate.

  1. Consignments of furniture exceeding 10 cwt. in weight, joinery exceeding 10 cwt. in weight and boats, will not be accepted for conveyance under the provisions of this regulation.

  2. Haulage and Storage Charges, New Plymouth – Breakwater Line

  3. (a) Except as provided in subparagraphs (b) and (c) hereof, goods of Classes C, D, E, and E plus 25 per cent., and E plus 50 per cent. between New Plymouth and New Plymouth Breakwater will be charged 7s. 4d. per ton.

(b) In cases where loading and/or unloading is performed by the Department the charges for goods of Classes N, P, and R in less than the prescribed minimum truck loads will in no case be less than when computed on actual weight at the classified rates for such goods plus the prescribed loading and/or unloading charges.

(c) Artificial manures and raw material (except lime) for the manufacture of artificial manures, in any quantity, will be charged 8s. 3d. per ton, including handling at ship.
