Auckland or New-market Aramoho or Wanganui Vinegar, bottled, packed, or in bulk, direct ex factory 92s. 4d. per ton.
Auckland, or New-market Wanganui .. Beer or stout, bottled or in bulk, and beer gas in cylinders 98s. per ton.
Auckland or New-market Wellington .. Beer or stout, bottled .. 85s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 9 tons per LA wagon, and full wagon loading for other types of wagons. Lesser quantities will be charged on actual weight at 92s. 4d. per ton, if cheaper.
Wine, manufactured from fresh fruit grown in New Zealand, bottled or in bulk 98s. per ton.
Auckland .. Wellington .. Imported fruit or vegetables by goods or mixed trains 85s. 7d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 10 tons per consignment. Owners to load and unload. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum, or at Class D.
Honey, in bulk, packed, direct from blending store *63s. 6d. per ton.
Honey, in cartons, packed, direct from blending store 79s. per ton.
Vinegar, bottled, packed, or in bulk, direct from factory 92s. 4d. per ton.
Auckland or Onehunga Wellington .. Roofing material (bituminous compounds) in rolls, and related adhesive preparation in tins or drums, also building-paper in rolls, direct ex factory in full wagon loads 110s. 10d. per ton.
Auckland or New-market Hastings .. Beer or stout, bottled or in bulk 105s. per ton.
Vinegar, bottled, packed, or in bulk, direct ex factory 105s. per ton.
Auckland .. Hastings .. Imported fruit or vegetables by goods or mixed trains 86s. 11d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 5 tons per consignment. Owners to load and unload. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum, or at Class D.
  • Small lots, less than 3½ cwt. in weight, will be charged as for 3½ cwt. or on actual weight at the rate for honey in cartons, whichever is cheaper.
