Lyttelton Milk Delivery Notice 1949, Amendment No. 2

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949* the Minister
of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Lyttelton Milk Delivery
    Notice 1949, Amendment No. 2 and shall be read together with
    and form part of the Lyttelton Milk Delivery Notice 1949† (herein-
    after referred to as the principal notice).

  2. The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby further
    amended as follows:

(a) By revoking the words “M. J. Bate, Milk Vendor,
Lyttelton” in relation to Zone No. 1 and substituting
the words “S. F. Hullah, Milk Vendor, Lyttelton.”
(b) By revoking the words “Forward and McLaughlan, London
Street, Lyttelton” in relation to Zone No. 3 and
substituting the words “F. H. and C. J. Forward, Milk
Vendors, Lyttelton.”

Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of December, 1950.
