A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington–Foxton motor-way and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-approach thereto.
