Survey District, Wanganui County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act,
1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto ;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 acre 3 roods 9 perches.
Being part Pukenui No. 1 ; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

Approximate area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 3 roods
22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Pukenui No. 1 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block XI, Waipakura Survey District. (S.O.
22155.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132876, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1950.
