NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:

Land Taken for Subdivision into Building Allotments for Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for subdivision into building allotments for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December, 1950.

1 1 31.6 Lot 4, D.P. 12546, part Rural Section 76, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 486, folio 21 (Canterbury Land Registry.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132652, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of November, 1950.
