N OTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders in the Auckland Milk Company, Limited (in liquidation), will be held at the office of the Marketing Department, Fanshawe Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 1950, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of laying before it the liquidator’s account of his acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.

NORTHERN HAWKE’S BAY RABBIT BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:—

“ That for the purpose of providing the interest, principal, and other charges on a loan of £5,000, known as the Employees Accommodation Loan, 1950, authorized to be raised by the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting buildings for the accommodation of employees of the Board, the said Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fourth of a penny (¼d.) per acre on all rateable lands within the Board’s district, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
