A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Charles Robertson
Hay, of Dunedin, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease,
Volume 206, folio 256, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for
an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 4th day of December, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the
leasehold estate is taken: 1 acre 2 roods 32.7 perches.
Being part Section 74A, Steward Settlement.
Situated in Block VIII, Papakaio Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130498, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of November, 1950.

Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:

Being Lot 106 on D.P. 15561, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block.
