NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HERBERT JOHN WEATHERALL and TRENTHAM WILLIAM WEATHERALL, carrying on the business of Contractors at Rahotu, Taranaki, under the style or firm of Weatherall Bros., has been dissolved as from the 20th day of July, 1950. From that date the business will be carried on by HERBERT JOHN WEATHERALL.

PLEASE take notice that a meeting of Herne Bay Stores, Ltd. (in liquidation), will be held at the office of the liquidator, Top Floor, P.O. Buildings, Upper Symonds Street, Auckland C. 3, at 3 p.m. on the 15th day of December, 1950, to consider my report and accounts and to determine what should be done with the company’s books and records.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of LIFE INSURANCE FINANCE COMPANY, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution has been passed by the company on the 16th day of November, 1950:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that HOWARD GRAHAM CALLAM, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.”

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:—

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £1 12s. 6d. per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, £1 5s. (Volumes for years 1941 and 1942 are out of print.)

(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, £2 7s. 6d. per calendar year in advance.

(4) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.

Orders on the subscription basis should be placed with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
