Dredging in Progress—Pile Beacon Demolished

Details: 1. Dredging is in progress in daylight hours, and will continue until 21st December, 1950, between No. 37 red beacon and a position approximately 1,600 ft. along Victoria Wharf from the corner of Rattray Street Wharf. Moorings are laid in the vicinity and Mariners should proceed with caution when entering or leaving the Port and passing the Dredger.

  1. No. 30 Black Pile Beacon (off Ravensbourne), Victoria Channel, has been demolished and will not be replaced.
