A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 7·2 perches.

Being Lot 4, D.P. 37089, being part Allotment 11, Parish of Titirangi, situated in the City of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 527, folio 167 (Auckland Land Registry).
