The Standards Act, 1941.—Specifications Declared to be Standard Specifications

NOTICE is hereby given that on 23rd December, 1949, the under- mentioned specifications were declared to be standard specifications by the Minister of Industries and Commerce pursuant to section 8 of the Standards Act, 1941:-

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

Department of Maori Affairs,
Wellington, 30th January, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto has been declared closed by Order of the Maori Land Court at Auckland, on the 13th day of July, 1948, pursuant to section 489 of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

And it is further notified that the existing title for the Taire 1E 3A Block, being a Partition Order bearing date the 27th day of June, 1913, has been amended so as to include within the boundaries of the said Block the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of public road containing 1 acre 1 rood 11.2 perches, more or less, in the North Auckland Land District, being portion of the road traversing the Taireire 1E 3A and other Blocks, situate in Block XV, Omapere Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, marked S.O. 18314, and thereon coloured green.
