P URSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby alter the Manukau County Council's proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Manukau County and doth hereby approve such altered classification as described in the said Schedule.

N OTICE is hereby given that on the 25th day of October, 1950, the undermentioned standard specifications were amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder :—

CORRIGENDUM

New Zealand Gazette No. 68, 2nd November, 1950, page 1938 : "N.Z.S.S. 950 : Laminated synthetic resin bonded sheet" should read "N.Z.S.S. 850 : Laminated synthetic resin bonded sheet."

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 26th day of January, 1938, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 27th day of January, 1938, at page 119, whereby the said land inter alia, was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Manunui Development Scheme.
