THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Classification of Roads in Manukau County
P URSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby alter the Manukau County Council's proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Manukau County and doth hereby approve such altered classification as described in the said Schedule.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
P URSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 26th day of January, 1938, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 27th day of January, 1938, at page 119, whereby the said land inter alia, was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Manunui Development Scheme.
