His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the 21st day of May, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of the same month at page 1440, authorizing Harry Maurice Crosleigh Dampier-Crossley to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

Pursuant to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Levin Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto, at a width for part of its length, of less than 66 feet, but not less than 50 feet, subject to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 132701, referred to in the said Schedule, and fronting the proposed street within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Levin, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 1·6 perches, more or less, being part Section 9, Levin Village Settlement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132701, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Foreshore Licence : Half Moon Bay-Stewart Island-Boat Slip : Stewart Island Fish Packing and Storage Company, Limited

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Stewart Island Fish Packing and Storage Company, Limited (hereinafter called the Company, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore in Half Moon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 5502 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a boat slip thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the Company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the Company shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable shall be one pound ten shillings (£1 10s.)
  3. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of October, 1950.
