HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint George Erl Croft, Bryan Fowler Cook, John William Macleod, Henry Thompson Metherell, and George William Todd to be the Loburn Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the 24th day of October, 1950, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. J. W. Macleod, Loburn, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Charles Isakson, George Haines, Garnet Strother Sowry, Daniel Denis Twomey, and Thomas O'Donnell to be the Scarborough Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the 21st day of November, 1950, at 1 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the Pahiatua Trust and Agency Corporation, Limited, Pahiatua, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Ernest George Coker, John Wheeler, James Sullivan, William Logan Stewart, and Martin William John Lowen to be the Seacliff Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the 6th day of November, 1950, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Seacliff, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, Wellington Land District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve for cemetery purposes : And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for municipal purposes : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for cemetery purposes to a reserve for municipal purposes.
